how to train the shaolin kung fu stances through the TRADITION OF A TRUE SHAOLIN

the Shaolin Stances are the Shaolin Legacy.

they are a fundamental skill which involves physical, technical, and mental training.

what are you doing FOR YOUR legs and core body HEALTH RIGHT NOW?

IMAGINE having strong legs and body, and living a dynamic life.

You feel happy, empowered, aesthetically beautiful, have greath physical power and stamina like a true warrior.

Unfortunately, the truth is that most people are NOT HEALTHY. Most people want TO FEEL RELAXED, WITH A YOUTHFUL BODY, WITH CLEAR AND FOCUSED MIND, but very few will ever do anything about it. You get confused, scared, and REALLY stuck. Your health AND LIFE dreams slowly fade away, and you accept that you will probably never find your real-life health, YOUTH and purpose AGAIN.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THAT LIFE?

In our days, too many people take for granted their legs. They play an essential role in our lives, and behind it lies a cultural aspect. We all believe that the hands are the most important extension of our body because they make us unique and special among living creatures. Although the hands are beneficial, the legs are crucial.
There is no living creature with only hands.

Before the person grows old, the legs grow old.

Problems with the legs can be an early sign of aging and are undoubtedly a sign of a general decline in health. Deterioration, with complications, can start to happen at an early age, even to athletes and dancers.

Each morning as we get out of bed, our legs support our entire weight and continue to do so faithfully throughout the day until we go to sleep. No other body part bears the same amount of prolonged physical stress continuously.

Our legs are strongly linked to our well-being.

What is the connection between legs and health?

In the modern lifestyle, our legs are lacking to build up greater strength and being nourished with vitality and energy.

The stance practice develops legs strength, stability and balance. Besides, it helps to develop internal strength and breath.

It has a remarkable effect on gastrointestinal diseases. When healthy people breathe, the thoracic-diaphragm movement is only 1 to 2 cm. When advanced practitioners train the Ma Bu stance, the breathing method adopted is reverse abdominal breathing. This kind of breathing will extend the thoracic diaphragm movement to 4~5 cm, which helps gastrointestinal peristalsis, enhance digestion and absorption, and have a particular effect on gastrointestinal diseases.

WHy training stances is so important?

Improving physical fitness and self-defense can make people physically and mentally exercised. The practice has proved that external energy can benefit joints, strengthen muscles, bones, and physique.
Internal energy management, channel meridians, spiritual adjustment, and martial arts exercises pay attention to regulating the breath, mental activities, controlling inner environment balance, regulating Qi and blood, and improving body function
Physical fitness helps one overcome the negative evasion barrier when encountering strong hands and exercise bravery, fearlessness, and tenacity during a fight.
After long-term training, people can cultivate the right habits and morals of hard work, courage, tenacity, open-mindedness, studiousness, enterprising, and creating a beautiful enjoyment.

The principles of Martial Arts include the highest realm of Martial arts. Whether a man's Martial Arts reach a higher level is measured by four aspects: strength, fist and legs positions, strength, and psychology.
For a Kung Fu Master, his force should have the quality of both pliability and hardness; fist position should be hidden; strength should be able to hit people by will and psychology should be prepared to fight, but not act upon anger.
The correct balance between hard and soft means the balance between internal and external forces. Force means Yang and mercy means Yin. There is no pure hard not pure soft. If the fist is too hard, the strength will be exhausted and is the fist is too soft, the strength too weak.
"The smartest think seems stupid and simple" Laozi
This saying comes from the phrase: cats hide their paws and attack using their minds while fighting.
The monks use the above term to explain the high level of martial arts which is neither complicated nor beautiful, but practical. The beautiful think may not be practical and most practical things are not beautiful. The smart one may not be better than the simple one, but most simple things can exceed the smart thing.

authentic knowledge & expertise, honesty, transparency & care about the achievement of our students

We built the Shaolin Kung Fu Stances Online course because we saw too many people having major issues with legs mobility and flexibility, and body stability and balance.
They just couldn't put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

We built it because we saw many people lost in so-called authentic learning and knowledge for health improvement without real health benefits as well as Martial Arts Basic skills.

We also built it because we were tired of the noise and smoke of all the overpriced, hyped-up, and ineffective courses and programs out there. They are taking advantage of people who didn't know whom to trust.

COMMON QUESTIONS

We get asked these a lot.

This class is ideal for everyone.  From complete beginner to advanced practitioner, for the person who if performs well the stances can achieve certification to be able to teach this particular module; for the person that has failed to get up from a comfortable couch over and over because it is old, fat, uncoordinated and embarrassed to exercise.  For the person who cannot find the motivation to work alone or the person who gets bored quickly because exercise is not fun and the entrepreneur that’s burning the candle at both. The corporate executive who lives from the hotel room into a hotel room. The friend that can never commit to going out because it is tired at the end of the day. The guy that always buys something with the thought will do the trick, canceling, and post pointing. The mom or dad finds excuses for not finding the time in a busy schedule as a full-time parent. So, let’s FIND THE TIME! Human adults need to get their sh*t together to live a free life where they have control over the only thing which belongs to them: their own body.

Well, this class is not suitable for the person who is looking to learn advanced Kung Fu in 2 weeks and get certified as a teacher. The friend who has its mind about what is best as exercise, the one that is looking for fighting. For this type of class, you can join our other courses. If you subscribed to our Shaolin Path or Bundle Membership you should not buy this course.

Yep. We think the best contract is no contract. You can cancel your course at any time. However, cancellation does not mean a refund.
