wing chun basics a true shaolin Legacy
a fundamental skill that involves physical, technical & mental training
what is wing chun quan?
wing chun Quan is explained using the laws of physics
The second law of motion, developed by Isaac Newton, demonstrates the correlation between force, mass, and acceleration for a Wing Chun strike. The higher the acceleration of a strike, the higher the power. The higher the acceleration of a strike, the lower the mass of the person.
Unfortunately, the truth is that most people do not understand the laws of physics when learning wing chun system. this is not the biggest issue. you can always learn and develop if you have the right master.
the biggest issue is that many people never find the correct way to learn nor the master.
learn how to start, grow & become a master. make your wing chun dream a reality with the best wing chun training on the planet!
The understanding of the wing chun art
These days, too many people are looking for shortcuts to martial arts skills.
HOW DO YOU TRAIN QUICKLY TO FIGHT EFFECTIVELY?
What needs to change is how the art is taught for maximum benefit. Develop a realistic understanding of how Wing Chun should work and how you can truly protect yourself.
why do i train wing chun? find your why!
The first step is understanding your PURPOSE for learning. If there is no clear purpose, there will be no clear outcome. Ask yourself:
Do I train because I love Wing Chun?
Do I train because I like the simplicity of the techniques and the system does not have many forms?
Do I train for fitness development?
Do I train as a hobby?
Do I train for a competition?
Do I train for self-defence or combat?
wing chun for combat
If your purpose is combat, then you must look beyond wing chun training. you will require additional skills such as strength, conditioning, speed, and qi.
Wing chun for self-defence
If this is your purpose, then forget about the rules of the competition. It would be best if you focused on learning additional techniques from Qin Na (grappling), Taiji, Qigong or other Martial Arts styles. Wing Chun is an art of self-preservation. Train with a sense of reality which means repetition of the same basics must be done repeatedly to build muscle memory. In addition, train with a partner to understand the force, acceleration, and reactions of the strikes and apply them to real-world situations.
The principles of Martial Arts include the highest realm of Martial arts. Whether a man's Martial Arts reach a higher level is measured by four aspects: strength, fist and leg positions, strength, and psychology.
For a Kung Fu Master, his force should have the quality of both pliability and hardness; the fist position should be hidden; strength should be able to hit people by will and psychology should be prepared to fight but not act upon anger.
The correct balance between hard and soft means balancing internal and external forces. Force means Yang, and mercy means Yin. There is no pure hard, not pure soft. If the fist is too hard, the strength will be exhausted, and if the fist is too soft, the power will be too weak.
"The smartest thing seems stupid and simple" Laozi
This saying comes from the phrase: cats hide their paws and attack using their minds while fighting.
The monks use the above term to explain the high level of martial arts, which is neither complicated nor beautiful but practical. The beautiful thing may not be helpful, and the most valuable things are not attractive. The smart one may not be better than the simple one, but most simple things can exceed the intelligent thing.

This class is ideal for everyone. From complete beginner to advanced practitioner, for the person who, if he performs well the basics, can achieve certification to be able to teach this particular module; for the person that has failed to get up from a comfortable couch over and over because it is old, fat, uncoordinated and embarrassed to exercise. For the person who cannot find the motivation to work alone or gets bored quickly because exercise is not fun, and the entrepreneur that’s burning the candle at both. The corporate executive who lives from the hotel room into a hotel room. The friend that can never commit to going out because he is tired at the end of the day. The guy that always buys something with the thought will do the trick, cancelling and post-pointing. The mom or dad finds excuses for not finding the time in a busy schedule as a full-time parent. So, let’s FIND THE TIME! Human adults need to get their sh*t together to live a free life where they have control over the only thing which belongs to them: their bodies.
This class is unsuitable for the person looking to learn advanced Wing Chun in 2 weeks and get certified as a teacher. The friend who has their mind about what is best as exercise, the one that is looking for fighting. For this type of class, you can join our other courses. You should not buy this course if you subscribed to our Shaolin Path Membership or Shaolin Apprenticeship Online.
